The actual fit depends on how far across the rib cage you would like the liner to go. The stem section goes between the breasts.

How to Fit the Bra Liner

After the bra is on, lift the front bottom band of the bra, put the stem section of the liner up inside between the breasts. Then lift one section under one breast, tuck the long section up and under. Repeat on the other breast and adjust it as necessary.
