Return PolicyPlease Note:E-mail communications are not a foolproof method of checking on the status of your order. We receive order status requests that are not from the same e-mail address as that used on the order and contain no personal information or order number which makes it very difficult to determine who the customer is and/or what order they are referring to. As a result, some of our customers who solely rely on this method of communication have been left feeling that their inquiries are neglected or ignored. Please be assured that this is not the case! If you do not receive a timely response to your e-mail, please call us at 1-207-876-4094 for an immediate resolution to your inquiry. Your business is very important to us and we desire nothing less than your complete satisfaction. Prior to returning any item, call us at 1-207-876-4094 or Contact Us through email to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will not accept any returns without an RAN. The RAN is only valid for 10 days after it has been issued and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. If the return does not have a RAN clearly visible and displayed on the outside of the box, the product will be refused, and returned at the customer's expense. This will delay crediting your account. When calling or emailing for a RAN, please provide or have the following information available: Customer name, invoice number, and the reason for the return. For unopened items received within the 15-day return period, you will receive a full refund or store credit, less shipping and handling. All items returned within the 15-day return period will be accepted directly by EP EXTRA Store for credit or replacement. All items received within the 15-day return period, must be returned 100% in sellable condition, including original packaging material. Returns for credit or exchange are subject to shipping, handling fees. All returns that do not conform to our Return Policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
